Gene, at ~6:35 mark, Spaceport asked about the 90 day notification period before the Company sells any XCH. It's understood that the 1/8th share isn't locked up, but I believe he was referring to the Company's commitment in the Whitepaper that it would give 90 day disclosure before selling any XCH. Is this commitment from the Whitepaper still in effect? / if so, I would interpret today's news as a start to that 90 day clock.
