@SADHomeAffairs. I am disgusted by the way the Cape Town office treat people. Standing in queue for 4 hours to be told they can’t help us. Then telling us to come on Saturday to be able to collect our passports. Went on Saturday to be told we can’t collect our passports only ID’s

@elonmusk @Starlink Could ask for better service from Starlink. I ordered some spare parts and did not receive it. My status on my app had no info. I message support and informed them I need the spare parts as I was flying out in 4 days. I received it within 2 days. Thank you
