Two days before Christmas 2025, Roman Reigns stopped by a restaurant near his home in Hollywood, Florida, picked up pizzas, and personally delivered them to sick children at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. He did it on his own time with no cameras. The restaurant posted a photo of him and wrote: “All the money in the world and this guy is picking up pizza to deliver to the sick kids at the hospital on his own time. This guy is what you call a true life hero.” Reigns has been a regular visitor to that hospital for years. He was first diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia at 22 years old. It ended his NFL career before it started. He beat it. It came back in 2018. He beat it again. When asked why he keeps visiting sick children he said: “I’m inspired by the children. To be so new to this world and take on so much darkness and still focus on the light.”
