You can have empathy for restaurants closing due to the shitshow were living in But it's only when it hits close to home & your ❤️ you realise the enormity of it all My very last course - Focaccia Ice-cream & Olive Oil Sligo wasnt ready for World Class Food My #TasteofSligo

Size matters... When it comes to Yorkshire Puddings And then there's the most incredible and perfectly cooked beef Plus an extra jug of jus (or gravy if you're me) Just a standard Sunday Lunch really, @Bridgefoothouse style The best, and best value lunch in the North West

That was the week that was, book-ended by my two favourite restaurants Lunch @Bridgefoothouse last Sunday, few days in Carcassone 🇫🇷 eating great food- and ending with dinner @potagerskerries with my fav stalwart @VelvetCloud_ie smoked yoghurt & beetroot course a welcome home🥰

Like seriously, look at the size of that Yorkshire Pudding, the melt-in-the-mouth beef and all the trimmings The plan for me was to have lunch and head over to Meath I'm now comatosed on the sofa, Meath can wait... And it's all @Bridgefoothouse @ChefAlanBarrins fault...

Know the way I was full of my own importance earlier this week grading my peas to make Pea, Mint & Feta Risotto? Well, that was knocked out of me & I was put me back in line with @ChefAlanBarrins Pea, Mint & Feta Arancini at lunch today I'm not at the races, these are incredible
