This Friday, APS will provide a week’s worth of meals to families who come to one of the five grab-and-go meal distribution sites to ensure students have food during spring break. There will be no APS meal service provided April 6-10 during the APS scheduled spring break.

Agree w having in-person ceremony later in the summer. We could do it even if we do a virtual one this spring. Our fear is that if we can’t hold ceremony as planned, don’t do one virtually, Ss won’t have anything if we are still under stay-at-home thru August.

@principalWHS Our goal should be an in-person ceremony later in summer, assuming social distancing is reduced as our nation makes progress tackling this pandemic. I have faith that Wakefield senior parents will rally to make this the best celebration ever even if held in July or August.

Free grab and go breakfasts and lunches for children ages 2-18 starts soon. M-F from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. @ two school sites – Kenmore MS (200 S. Carlin Springs Road) and Drew ES (3500 S. 23rd Street). Begins Mon 3/16!
