Please be advised that Bruce Street is experiencing a service interruption to its Meaford internet network due to an issue with the feed from our distributor. We have reported the issue and are waiting for the technician to do the necessary repairs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ontario Hydro has restored the power to the area and our access points are back up. If your power is still out you should be able to reconnect once it has been restored. If you still cannot connect, you may have to reboot (not reset) your router.

Ontario Hydro originally estimated the power would be restored at 11am but that has been changed to 3pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will continue to monitor the power situation and make sure that our equipment is working properly once it has been restored.

Please be advised there is currently a hydro outage that has been ongoing since early this morning which is affecting our access points that service the Meaford network. We have a generator at our main feed but some of the smaller repeater points will be out till it is restored.

Please be advised Bruce Street is conducting necessary maintenance work on some of its equipment. You may experience some temporary interruptions in service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be advised there is a Hydro power outage on the Meaford 3rd Line affecting one of our Meaford access points. Power is expected to be restored around 9pm. You may need to reboot your router if your internet does not come back on once the power has been restored.

Please note that while our staff will not be in the office, or doing installations during the Christmas break, we will be monitoring the network for any access point issues or emergencies during this time. Have a great Christmas and New Year!
