@EasyPeasy_3 To cheer yourself up after, I would recommend reading Camilla Long’s restaurant review. Sheer brilliant comic writing. If you don’t laugh out loud, I will be very surprised. I was going to share my favourite phrase but that might spoil the full experience of reading it in full.

@marcrileydj Hannah and the Green Party believe that male prisoners who identify as women should be housed in female prisons, with no regard for the safety of the very vulnerable female prisoners. It seems that they are more concerned about the welfare of dogs than they are of women.

@EasyPeasy_3 One of our favourite films. The musical to show people that say they don’t like musicals. And that song is like a punch to the guts. So powerful and scary. I can highly recommend the current production in London too. So good, we have seen it twice.

@LucyHunterB Can I congratulate on your justified use of the word “mince” here? I had an English friend who worked as a dietician in Livingston. She was horrified with one patient who told her that he just ate mince. She eventually worked out he meant rubbish, which wasn’t much better.

It's all been men in my notifications making desperate arguments about prisons this week, I am noticing. It gives me hope that even among the Scottish government's strongest supporters, the female half can see this is all disreputable mince.

@MikeyTheBuddie Have you come across the idea of "pro rata"? It's very handy in making numeric comparisons cross-border. There'd have to be 30 male murderers in the women's prisons in England to be equivalent. Guess what..? It's still not perfect. But they're not in court asking to let in more.

@uddyarab @thecouriersport He had bad injuries at Peterborough but still managed a BBC man-of-the-match v Man City in the FA Cup. I was sure a big club was going to come in for him after that but the injury issues started soon after. Sad because there was a real good player there.
