Amulet Finance is Here To Change DeFi Lending Space 🧿⚡️ Building on @Neutron_org, @AmuletFinance allows users to leverage selected PoS crypto assets with self-repaying loans. Why are we excited for them to go live? Learn with Eclipse Fi 👇 1️⃣ What Is Amulet? Amulet Finance represents an entirely new approach to DeFi lending. It unlocks immense potential for users by allowing them to leverage their PoS crypto assets in never-before-seen ways. Users stake their crypto, like $ATOM, and take out a loan against that staked position. But here's the kicker: users' staking rewards automatically reduce the loan balance, making them self-repaying. It offers an easy way to access liquidity with NO risk of liquidation, a true game-changer! 2️⃣ Why Are We Excited For Them To Go Live? We see Amulet as a key player in unlocking DeFi's full potential on Cosmos. It will be the only place, not just on Neutron but on @cosmos as a whole, where users can stake assets and obtain leverage against them with self-repaying loans. And Eclipse Fi is not alone in our optimism. Amulet is supported by AADAO, Neutron, and the Interchain Builders Program. Their network of partnerships extends to some of the best protocols on Cosmos. Their aim is to unleash DeFi across Cosmos by unlocking liquidity tied up in staked assets. In a network run on PoS, imagine the possibilities. 3️⃣ How Is Amulet Unique? 🧬 Self-repaying loans: Borrow against staked assets with loans self-repaying from staking rewards. This reduces risk as it eliminates the need for active repayment management, decreasing the loan balance over time. 🧬 Synthetic asset pairing: Synthetic assets, such as “amATOM” for staked ATOM, are treated equally (1:1) to the original, ensuring value parity and flexible asset use within the ecosystem. 🧬 Risk-free collateral deployment: Staked collateral is risk-free from liquidation, providing security and growth through continuous staking rewards. Borrowing against other yield-generating tokens will also be enabled, such as staking derivatives and LP tokens. 4️⃣ Wen Amulet? Amulet is rapidly progressing towards its mainnet launch. Their testnet is on the verge of going live. Staking is coming with it! This milestone is a precursor to their mainnet launch, which is strategically scheduled for Q1 2024. Looking into @AmuletFinance has been an incredible journey so far. We're excited to see what the future holds! 💜

In conclusion, the journeys of SEDA, DYDX, and Tellor serve as compelling examples of the transformative power of the Cosmos ecosystem. They chose the Interchain Stack for its tech but they intend to serve a wider audience beyond Cosmos. 🚀

IBC, the Inter-Blockchain Communication protocol, emerged as a key theme throughout the discussion. SEDA hailed IBC as a game-changer for connecting blockchains, while DYDX and Tellor emphasized its role in enabling seamless token transfers and data exchange. Collectively, the teams recognized IBC's true interoperability.
