Last week, we finally got an opportunity to give Mr. Ronald Roby his flowers and crown him the Technical Services Undisputed Champion for January! He is the epitome of Caring and Citizenship, and always gives his campuses world-class customer service! 😁 #CoreValues

This is an Alec Wallace appreciation post! We cannot say enough good things about this young man. From participating in holiday door decorating contests to becoming their Staff Member of the Month, the impact in his community at Creekside Intermediate has been wonderful to watch!

The Admin, Creek, and Falls community technicians had their last team meeting of 2023 this morning at Goforth Elementary, showing off their holiday spirit with "ugly" sweaters! Who do you think had the best one? 😊

Today, our Undisputed Champion is Bradley Rimmer of the Lake community! Thank you for going above and beyond, not only taking care of your own campus, but collaborating with peers via Teams, mentoring newer technicians and helping them with any tickets that may need extra hands!

One of our vendors, GTS Technology Solutions, kindly invited a lucky few members of our team to take a tour of their new Houston facility and get a behind-the-scenes look into their operations and how they serve our district and others in the area! Thank you again for having us!

In an effort to get more HS students through the lunch line, @NutritionCCISD has developed a way to pre-order lunches each day through the School Café app. This new feature is currently available to CBHS, CLHS & CSHS students with CFHS & CCHS being added in the next few weeks.

National School Lunch Week spotlights the important role a nutritious meal plays for the success of our students each day. I am grateful for our Child Nutrition staff for all the work they put in!

CCISD parents can now access Canvas! Canvas for Parents gives parents and guardians the ability to log in as “Observers'' for an everyday overview of their student's learning interactions including calendars, assignments, submissions, and class resources. ccisd.net/canvas

Ms. Zucha & Ms. Kimbrough collaborated to create a writing assignment & a rubric to gather data. The students are providing peer feedback & revising their papers based on the feedback. Teachers will use data to group students to ensure ALL students’ needs are met. @ClearSpringsHS

New elementary playground equipment, including adaptive swing sets & walking tracks, is on the ticket for the 2023 Bond Proposition B package. A total of 13 schools would see at least one play structure replaced & 11 would receive the ADA swings. More: ccisd.net/thestream/stre…
