@CCannmann Its designed to exhaust retail and eventually sell back through support bringing a new lower floor. The MM algorithm sees more value/volume at lower prices and so called "longs" selling 0025-003, even a few shares, will trigger this pressure down. 😔

They actually paid this back right away in cash thus no shares ever hit and Kramer did NOT like that after the caymen off shore games pursued and they absolutely pillage the stock illegally. If you go back on the chart you'll see the time frame I am mentioning. These people dont like when you actually pay the loan back in full and they dont get their shares.

$PWDY 10-Q just released. Confirmation that the 1800 Diagonal Lending loan has been fully paid off as of May 11, 2026. The 199,282,051 shares that were in escrow as collateral for that loan are not the shares that hit the market over the past 5 weeks (share count only increased ~87.5M, not 199M).”
