So @primeraair just paid me compensation for the June delay.
I am amazed but if you annoy them enough they will pay! Not sure this helped but can’t have hurt...

It seems the only way @primeraair are willing to pay you, is when you have an account against them!! Shall we all start up the same kind of accounts so that they listen and pay!!? I’m up for it!! #payusourmoney@UK_CAA
@joerwallen So unfair how we all work hard to pay for a one time holiday/hen do and these airlines cancel flights last minute or delay flights so badly with no sympathy or resolution. Makes me nervous to even book another holiday abroad as who knows if we’d get there! @Ryanair@primeraair
@joerwallen Oh we then tried to book flights with @primeraair and they delayed the flight by 27 hours, which meant we couldn’t go!! Only communication has been generic emails and still waiting for refund and compensation since all this happened on 30th June!! Yay @donotflyprimera
Tips for challenging
1. Formally complain via their email addresses with all receipts
2. For cancellations claim against your credit card (they have better response rates)
3. After 8 weeks escalate complaints via @resolvercouk and @UK_CAA
