After almost 5 years, today is my last day at Oracle. Feeling a bit sad, but excited as I put up the "Open to work" sign :). Looking for my next adventure creating, building and strategizing in community. If you have or know of an awesome opportunity, I'd love to hear about it!

Am I the only one that writes "led" to inform the verb "to lead" in past tense? As in "he led the movement...."

I’d have to say reading is my religion.

It's easy to get sucked into developing gamification schemes, rewards, superuser programs, onboarding/automation campaigns etc... But in pretty much every data point I've seen, simply making the questions easier to see/browse has the biggest impact (by far!). #CMGR
