An update on our engagement with @Mastercard.
While Cardano was not included in the initial cohort of 85 launch partners, @emurgo_io has been actively engaging with their APAC team to change that and ensure our ecosystem is represented.
Following a leadership transition at Mastercard APAC —where our primary contact moved to EY — we have successfully connected with his successors. They were excited to speak with us and I am pleased to share we are now in the Qualification Stage for the Global Crypto Partner Program.
With the continued support of the Cardano community, I am confident in a positive outcome.

Warning. Bridging Assets to Midnight from Cardano is one way, you cannot bridge assets back to Cardano, once bridged you are locked in.

This will probably come off as insensitive, but honestly I don’t give AF.
One of the reasons I’m on here less is because every time I open X lately it’s 90% concern trolling, rage bait, whining, and pearl-clutching.
“Cardano was supposed to do this for me… do that for me…”
"Cardano was supposed to get me a brand new pair of shoes!"
Constructive criticism is fine.
But if you’re just throwing out problems with no solutions, you’re not adding value — you’re just making noise.
Here’s the reality:
Cardano is infrastructure.
That’s it.
It doesn’t owe you a living. It doesn’t owe you success.
It’s like a highway — it exists so you can use it. It’s not supposed to magically levitate you to your destination.
I care about my business, my customers, and the people invested in what we’re building.
So no — I’m not engaging in pearl-clutching debates.
We’re building.
We’re building a bigger, stronger Palmyra.
All I need from Cardano is solid infrastructure and the tools to do business.
The rest is on us.

I’ve been talking about the post-QT dip for a while now. We’re in it. That part of the thesis is playing out.
But if the global escalations and the Middle East situation does not end very soon (days), it seems like it could be accelerating our volatility window.
This does not change where I genuinely think this is going, but it could make the road there a lot rougher than I originally thought.
And to be clear, I still think we’re in the end of a bear market. That hasn’t changed. I just think the end of the bear market might not be very pleasant…something more like 2020, where you can really feel it.
If you go back to 2019, QT ended, crypto started accumulating, things were looking good on the charts.
Then March 2020 happened. COVID wiped everything out before the macro could fully play out.
I’m not saying we get a COVID repeat. But I am saying the setup right now is unexpectedly similar.
It’s actually crazy…We’re in the post-QT normalization phase, the business cycle is showing early signs of turning, and now we have an external shock that could create capitulation before the boom actually kicks in.
Things could get worse before they get better. This is not me turning “bearish” on crypto, but it is me just being prepared.
The macro thesis hasn’t changed. But the path to get there might include a stop that tests every crypto holder.

After 4+ years of pouring my life into @Jellycubes_nft, I've officially run out of money. This isn't a giving up post. It's actually the opposite 👇 A lot of founders talk about "going to zero", but only after they've already made it back. I'm making that same post from the bottom while Im at an all-time low across the ENTIRE board. Regardless of my situation I still refuse to quit and now carry four years of tough lessons on what NOT to do. I do have a plan, and I hope I can turn my story into an inspirational comeback story that can impact others wearing similar shoes in the future. I almost kept all of this private (because lets be honest this is very painful and the last thing I want the world to know). But I just couldn't see another path that could be as epic as this one 🫡 Thank you to everyone who has and continues to support - if you are also in a crappy situation just know that you are not alone and that you got this 💪
