Thrilled to report Patho-DBiT, just published in Cell 😊. It allows us to directly “see” all kinds of RNA species on the same clinical FFPE tissue slide, including mRNA, miRNA, snRNA, snoRNA, tRNA, etc, and splicing isoforms, genetic alterations (SNV, CNV, etc).
