the real ones wear whatever they want and are still stronger/more athletic than everyone else bc they train with intensity use to go to a gym in a super rich area and squatting mid 400s using tennis shoes with holes in them and wearing normal clothes meanwhile rich dudes wearing $200 gym outfits go in the gym to bench 135 for 3 sets then leave complete waste just do things with intensity and you'll beat everyone the problem is most people think they know intensity but they don't closest way to feel what i mean is do a burnout set of squats after your normal sets until there's pressure in your nose and vision starts to darken you shouldn't be able to stand up for a minute or two after the set now you have a slight idea of what training with actual intensity is and you will progress 10x faster than the people that just show up so they can tell people they go to the gym
