I am a libertarian. That means I want a fair and equitable world. And what I mean by that is everyone is free to find the best way they can serve the needs of others, and be served in turn. I am an anarchist. That means I believe the best way to do that is without a state.

@TwoHvnsAsOne I have yet to meet an Aussie on here that didn't have a slave mentality. They genuinely seem terrified of freedom.

The migrants will eat you alive with that system. They'll generate no money and so get entirely paid for... and everyone else will have to pay for them. I know many people like welfare but it is the welfare that is killing us in every country. It is bad even without the migration issue but the migration issue makes it lethal. Without migration it damages the influence of the actual economy by allowing things that shouldn't be sustainable to be sustainable at least for awhile. People like this because they say "what would you have, that I not be able to survive?" And of course, they should survive but should not be in unsurvivable circumstances. People must not work jobs that can't pay or live in places that are too expensive. The welfare subsidizes mega cities because mega cities have high cost of living which discourages people to live there and businesses to set up there. There are good things about mega cities but also bad things. The welfare subsidizes lower skilled or less valuable employees in such a way that employers don't directly have to pay for their cost of living. This suppresses wages, inflates housing costs, and discourages businesses to distribute their labor force outside of the mega cities. So the point is that the welfare even without migration does bad things. But WITH migration? Death. Its like mixing Bleach and Ammonia... instant poison. You can make it so you only have a bad situation by getting rid of the migration. But that's still not good. What has to happen is the welfare has to go away. That is very hard to get rid of because many people are addicted to it. So politically it is almost impossible to get rid of. This was commented in the West going back to the Roman Emperors that had the exact same problem. One of the great old Emperors Marcus Augustus Aurelius... regarded as being one of the best Emperors old Rome ever had, he commented on this problem. He said it was bad and it was causing damage to the Roman economy but he couldn't get rid of it because his political opponents would tear him apart if he touched it. Ancient problem. The more things change the more they stay the same.

A Japanese parent's tweet just blew up on X. It pretty much sums up why Japan's birthrate keeps falling. The post: "Daycare costs me ¥80,000 a month ($530). Add a second kid and it jumps to ¥120,000. A second child? Yeah, no thanks." The replies were brutal: "Work penalty + parenting penalty." "The more you earn, the more it hurts." How daycare actually works in Japan: ∙ Fees scale with household income — not flat ∙ High earners (¥9M/year+, around $60K) can pay ¥80,000/month per kid ∙ Ages 0–2 are the priciest. 3–5 have been free since 2019. ∙ The gap between cities can hit ¥1M ($6,500) per kid, per year ∙ Tokyo made the first child free in Sept 2025. Almost no one else has. A couple making $60–80K/year already gets hammered by income tax, residence tax, and social insurance. Tack on $6,500/year per kid in daycare, and a lot of families just give up on a second one — or pull back at work. Tokyo keeps calling the falling birthrate "a national crisis." The system keeps making parenting feel like a punishment for the people who work hardest. The top reply: "Just make daycare fees the same nationwide. Please."

I love how all the wokes are so mad at this. So perfect. "They're all just pity laughing" is so typical of them to say, because they just refuse to accept that he IS funny, and the crowd is genuinely laughing simply because they got offended. 😭 This clip is so fucken accurate and he voiced her perfectly.

They are all 100% exactly like this. Doesn't matter which company. Doesn't matter which industry. They're all the same, all equally braindead, and very little has changed in ten years.

Copyright laws are so labyrinthine and asinine. And yet idiots will constantly try and defend big corporations, thinking they're sticking up for independent artists by defending them.

@Marmitex78 You don't want to do that. Make a syrup by boiling the blueberries in a cup of water with sugar and lemon juice, then add that to the batter once the pancake is half done.

How nowadays devs may think that one roller coaster riding mission is so linear, typical and boring and wanna go creative and all that But think of how this one mission forged such permanent memories for so many people’s lives at on point. (CoD tank missions to me as well)

@AdvanceAusNews @NoticerNews The problem is India has spent centuries under foreign imperial, and often exploitative, rule, punctuated by short periods highly unstable and fracturous self-rule. As a result, it has developed a culture where exploiting flaws in society and ignoring rules are virtues.

They can't even comprehend our road rules, so why do we expect them to have any concept or grasp on our civilisation? Indian fatigue. These people have no conception of our society, and they don't want to have understanding of our customs or else they wouldn't live in their ethnic enclaves.
