Is it time for a refresher? Like any skill in life, you need to practice it in order to maintain it. That’s why after completing any CPR or basic life support training, you should do a refresher course at least once every 12 months. Stay in the know, and stay prepared 💪

Although it’s on the curriculum, there’s no system to ensure training is delivered. It's time to change that.

Why? In countries where CPR is taught in schools, survival rates are up to 3x higher.
