@AFatesString [To say Atla looked worse for wear is.. an understatement.] [The weaver looked like she’d been trampled by rhinogrunds, thrown into a pile of sandworms, run over by a ductsucker and kicked by a hardbone elder.] [Also she was alive.] [+]

@AFatesString [The beast suddenly ran deeper into the foliage, leaving Mylin in the dust. She could see Uzi leap up, almost comically high, near the lake and… land on someone? The bug gave a loud ‘oof’, followed by a clearly tired groan. But who… was it?]

@ChainedApostate " I- The Park? What's going on, girl? " [Mylin rushed- the weaver being slightly out of breath as she tried to catch up. She was.. not used to running, truly.] [So tiring... And she hadn't left her home in a while.]

@AFatesString [The Muckroach rushed ahead, occasionally waiting for Mylin to catch up before darting off again. The impatience of the thing… how did Atla manage her? The beast kept yipping and whining.] [The Muckroach led her to the park? If she wanted a walk, why didn’t she grab her leash?]

@ChainedApostate " Alright Alright- let's go.. " [Mylin started to follow Uzi, a little reluctant. It could be ANYTHING that Uzi could be showing.. A muckball, or even something dead. Who knew.]

@ChainedApostate [The Weaver stood up, concerned. ] " Uzi! Are you alright.? Are you hurt? " [Mylin went to examine her, extremely worried. Of course she were... Uzi fell from high up!]

[The weaver, clumsy as she was, stumbled through the lower regions of Bellhart. Why was she rushing? Even she herself didn’t know.] [She ended up in the park, collapsing into the grass. Maybe from anxiety, worry, or another reason. She didn’t know. The grass was… soft.]

@Imperfect_Silk [Atla gave a small, subtle nod in thanks. Bugs kept staring though. The weaver suddenly moved quickly, before questions could be asked, towards the bell station. And the elevator that had been added next to it.] [She… needed to give the blue flowers to someone.]

@ChainedApostate [ Moire looked back at Atla, taking her arm in theirs. For comfort, of course. They still held their pin, so they were a threat- in case anyone hurt them first, of course. Couldn't trust a place so easily. ]

〖 OPEN INT. LOCATION; CITADEL 〗 [ A being walked through the halls of the choral chambers, footsteps silent. ] [ Only the sound of a long pin scraping across the floor could be heard. For defense, it was. ]

@Imperfect_Silk [Atla gave a small nod, eyes darting around. She was… nervous. One by one, bugs noticed the weaver. And she felt their gazes. She didn’t like it. The weaver took an instinctive step back, her hold on the flowers wavering.] [She felt their stares like rashes on her skin.]

@ChainedApostate " I've. . Never seen such a golden place before, that was not the citadel. " [ The Being was simply amazed. Such a vibrant place, it was almost unbelievable. ] " . . . Wow . . "

@Imperfect_Silk [Atla held the flowers in her claws like a lifeline, so tight the stems winced under the pressure. Bellhart was… unusually vibrant. Alive. Bugs of all shapes and sizes walked about, some native to Pharloom, others not. Yet all welcome. All keeping the community alive.]

@ChaosDorito [FS didn’t like that. I don’t think any bug would. Like… it needed those arms to kill things! You know how annoying it is to pick bones out of carcasses?] [It slammed its front legs down again. Painfully so. And the… weird line thing on its face began to… wait was it moving?]

@ChainedApostate [the force sent Wrath flying back, while still holding onto FS' arms. Sending both of them flying back. They hit a wall, damaging their helmet. At least the force also dislocated FS' arms]

[Wrath stares at the other figure from across the room. Its form reminiscent of someone familiar] [It had to die] [That wretched species should all die] [A raging inferno began surrounding the whole room] [Luckily the hallway was quite large. So there was 5 minutes left]

@ChaosDorito [SLAMMED their front legs into the Wrathful creature. With the force of something that had been waiting to do such a thing for a long, long time.]

@Imperfect_Silk [Atla seemed confused, uncertain even.] “…” [She looked around, and hastily grabbed a particular nice patch of flowers she saw. The petals bloomed a mix of soft silvers and blues.] “…There are bugs I need to give these to.” [She explained… embarrassed almost.]

@ChainedApostate " . . One cannot be a monster, for actions which are not their own. " " Let's go inside. Together. " [ They offered a paw to Atla. To take, of course. They weren't afraid- not anymore. ]

@ChaosDorito [Well, It had decided that if it was so ‘sinful’, it would make others that way too. After all, if it must feel this agony, others must too. To remind them. To make them know FEAR. To remind the Citadel, and its creator, eternally of why it had been locked away.]

@Imperfect_Silk [Atla stared at the entrance. She felt like those empty sockets of the door were staring at her. Judging.] “…I hurt bugs.” [She said.] “…A horrible curse inside me, got loose. And killed many. That’s why they call me a monster. I am one. It’s inside me.”

@ChainedApostate " Hostile ? Why ? Just because I didn't want you to relent to their demands ? " [ Maybe this was why they were imperfect. Their way of thinking. It was a shocker they had not been discarded for said reason. ] " If it is home, you should be allowed in. "

@ChaosDorito [The flames caked It’s body, and it writhed. Feeling more horrid charred ‘shell’ coat its body. But it didn’t stop. Those uncomfortably heavy claws tried to grip Wrath’s face; squeezing uncomfortably tight.] [It hurt. But they would continue. A curse. A punishment. A SIN.]

@ChainedApostate [wrath blocks the hit, their flames searing its hand, but not to the same effect as it did before. Was this the doing of the silk? They never found an answer on how to counter that, for now they would have to rely on brute strength. So they summon another flame pillar]

@ChaosDorito [It stared back. It lunged forward, claw raised as they delivered a horribly weighty punch towards Wrath. It seems consuming that silk had… restored it to its prime.] [No creaking bones, shaky limbs. But strength. Power. The sheer will to hurt.]

@ChainedApostate [Wrath looked up at it, still feeling nothing but rage. Almost like their old instinct to purge sinners resurfaced in the sheer unholiness of what stood before them] [4 minutes left]
