@bozlawpa Fascinating how every single one of these organizations use the same self protecting and deceptive playbook. Without fail, they start by covering it up, threatening, hiding, pretending to help while clearly controlling the narrative. Let’s handle it ourselves, they say.👀

I can verify this being true from a survivor and friend. Glad it’s being brought into the public, otherwise, abuse just keeps on going in the church. Hypocrisy.

Pastors abusing and congregations staying quiet/ supporting pastors and attacking victims is my great grief & disbelief. It’s also evil and twisted, but most would rather call it a “blip” in morality rather than the perpetration and vile behavior that it is.
