What happened today in America was almost a military coup.
More than 30 generals refused Trump’s orders for a ground invasion of Iran. So far, 12 of them have been dismissed including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

FYI, the Army CoS isn't in the operational Chain of Command. He certainly earned his firing though.
