The Kristi Noem story keeps getting more incredible The Daily Mail has obtained audio and messages of Bryon insulting his wife and worshipping a 5 foot tall, buxom dominatrix named Shy Sotomayor, while discussing his desire to transition into a woman. He told the dominatrix he wanted to be called "Crystal." Bryon Noem: "I need to be your trans bimbo slut." Sotomayor was shocked he wanted a name so close to "Kristi." From the Daily Mail article: 'F*** your family,' Sotomayor texted Bryon in November, later calling the whole Noem clan 'gross.' 'Love that,' he responded. Regardless, Kristi Noem is in fact a horrible person, and we shouldn't forget that. But we can have more sympathy by understanding how she got like this, even though this doesn't excuse sadistically seeking to harm people of color as a way of coping.

That's a massive 50% increase in state spending despite the fact that California has actually LOST population since 2019. State spending per capita is now about $8,129.11/person. So Newsom wants to take credit for an economic growth record on par with Japan after their economy imploded in the 90s, all while he's jacked up state spending by 50% in less than 10 years? Hogwarts Legacy also defies the “go woke, go broke” trend. It is one of the wokest games I have ever played; as obnoxious about it as Last of Us 2. It depicts a nineteenth century Hogwarts that is about 60% nonwhite. One of the major characters is an African exchange student. A character whose job in the game is to run a series of side quests about solving puzzles in the environment randomly informs you that she is gay. The Three Broomsticks pub in Hogsmeade is run by a non-passing transwoman named Sirona Ryan and there is a sidequest where you collect lost letters to learn the story of Sirona’s transition.

Taylor should emphasize that the creators who received money should have disclosed it, and Destiny should emphasize that we don't even know what the contracts required from creators. None of the leaks supported her claims, and the fact she thinks they did proves his point...

The USA is a net oil exporter. Closing the Strait of Hormuz hurts almost every other country more than it hurts the USA (except Russia). But we can make it hurt even less. We can keep domestic oil prices cheap while also raising money for the federal government: If the Strait stays closed, the US govt should impose an export tariff on oil. For example, say the global price hits $150 a barrel. Domestic oil producers right now make a profit at anything above around $65 a barrel. But oil was trading around $80 before the war, so let’s be nice to them. Put a $70 export tariff on each barrel taken out of the country. Then domestic oil companies will be indifferent between exporting oil for $150 and paying the $70 tariff, or selling domestically for $80. And so the price in America will fall back to $80. This would help the American people, raise revenue for the federal government, allow domestic oil producers to continue making a very good profit, and remove all the domestic political leverage that the Iranian regime is hoping to exert by closing the Strait of Hormuz. Win win win win. It’s a no brainer. The oil lobby will bitch, but we’re fighting an oil war right now that is making them massively wealthy, so…maybe they should just shut the fuck up?
