GN Not on the leaderboard yet but I’m still in it every single day It’s easy to look at rankings and feel like you’re behind, but the truth is most people started the same way. No points, no visibility, just showing up and figuring things out step by step What I’m starting to understand with @River4fun is that it’s not about one good post or one lucky moment. It’s about consistency, learning what works, and actually contributing over time Right now I’m focused on getting better with each post, understanding how engagement works, and staying active enough to build momentum. The numbers will come later A lot of people quit before anything clicks. I’m not doing that Still early, still grinding, still building from zero @RiverdotInc

Happy Friday everyone Crazy how fast sentiment flips in this space One day everyone is excited, next day a dip has people second guessing everything. But moments like this are where you start seeing which projects actually have something behind them. @RiverdotInc is interesting because it focuses on making cross chain movement feel simple. No extra steps, no confusion, just moving value where you need it. That alone solves a real pain point in DeFi. Then @River4fun brings in the community side. You show up, contribute, and your activity turns into something tangible. It feels more like participation than just farming. Looking across the space, more projects are starting to focus on real infrastructure instead of just hype. That shift matters. The noise comes and goes but solid systems tend to stick around.

Rest up. Most of the internet is built on sand. I’ve seen legendary threads and research docs just... disappear. It’s a massive waste of collective brainpower. @Permaweb_DAO is fixing the "memory leak" of the web. By keeping knowledge permanent on the permaweb, we finally stop starting from zero every cycle. It’s about building a foundation that actually stacks. -------------------------------------- The "loudest voice wins" era of CT is ending. We’re moving into an AttentionFi meta. @wallchain tracking real engagement instead of just vanity metrics is a huge win for the builders. Consistency is finally becoming more valuable than a one day viral hit. Signal > Noise. Always.

GM everyone EID MUBARAK to all the Muslim faithful. There’s nothing worse than hunting for a killer thread or doc you saw a year ago, only to find the link is dead. We lose so much collective brainpower just because platforms don't last. I’m really leaning into what @Permaweb_DAO is doing. Building on @ArweaveEco means the info actually stays put. We need to stop restarting from zero every cycle and start building on a foundation that doesn't rot. __________________________________ Also, a quick reminder: virality is mostly noise. Sometimes a simple, honest thought travels further than a 20-tweet "mega-thread." It’s not just about the info; it’s about the resonance. This is why @wallchain matters; it’s moving past vanity metrics to see who’s actually connecting. Real engagement over surface hype, every time. Signal > Noise.

I will be doing in Christ Alone for this Friday's #HymnalFriday & #StoriesBehindGreatHymns "In Christ Alone" is one of the most beloved modern hymns, written in 2001-2002 by Irish composer Keith Getty (music) and English songwriter Stuart Townend (lyrics). It's often called a "modern classic" because it tells the full gospel story—from Christ's birth to His resurrection and victory over death—in a powerful, singable way. The Origin and Writing Process Keith Getty and Stuart Townend first met in the autumn of 2000 at a worship conference. Both were frustrated with what they saw as shallow contemporary church music and wanted to create deeper, theologically rich hymns for the 21st century. They decided to collaborate.Getty, then about 25 years old, had composed a haunting, Celtic-influenced melody. He jotted it down on the back of an unpaid electricity bill (a detail he often mentions humorously), later recording it as a demo. A few weeks later, he sent several melody ideas, including this one, to Townend on a CD. Townend immediately loved the melody, describing it as "magnificent" and "haunting." He felt it deserved timeless, substantial lyrics. The two aimed to write a song that narrated the entire gospel: Christ's incarnation, life, death, resurrection, and what that means for believers.Townend wrote the lyrics, focusing on the story of salvation. They later met to refine it together. One small tweak: the song originally began "My hope is found in Christ alone," but Getty suggested flipping it to start with "In Christ alone" for stronger impact. The result was a four-verse hymn that encapsulates core Christian truths, often praised as an excellent example of storytelling through worship. Impact and Popularity Since its release around 2002, "In Christ Alone" has become hugely popular worldwide—sung in churches across denominations, recorded by many artists (including Keith & Kristyn Getty with Alison Krauss), and included in numerous hymnals. It's been called one of the most influential hymns of the last half-century, with Getty noting that much of his career stems from this one tune.A Notable ControversyIn 2013, the hymn sparked debate when the Presbyterian Church (USA)'s hymnal committee wanted to include it in their new hymnal Glory to God. They requested changing the line in verse 3: "Till on that cross as Jesus died / The wrath of God was satisfied" to "the love of God was magnified," citing concerns over emphasizing God's wrath. Getty and Townend declined to alter the lyrics (viewing "wrath satisfied" as biblically rooted in penal substitutionary atonement). The committee then voted (9-6) to exclude the song entirely, leading to widespread discussion about theology, atonement views, and hymn editing. Despite this, the original version remains unchanged and widely embraced for its bold proclamation of the gospel. The hymn's enduring power lies in its clear, Scripture-saturated message of hope and assurance found solely in Christ.
