Please come & support our athletes. One athlete said their favorite part of Special Olympics is “The Applause.” We will have Clinton Co. Special Olympics items for sale. It is cash only. The event starts at 7:00 PM. Hope to see you there! Spread the good news!

Just a reminder about signups for our Special Olympics Track & Field event at Barbour Memorial Field @BlanAthletics. If you or someone you know wants to participate, they have sign up and fill out the participation form attached by Friday, September 3rd.

Clinton Co. Special Olympics takes many resources to operate effectively. It requires facilities, donations, family/provider support, & of course the amazing athletes. However, it would fail to exist without coaches and volunteers. With gratitude we say “Thank a million!"

At the Back to School Bash, Advocates in Motion passed out wristbands & had students take the pledge to Stop Bullying & Spread Kindness. They have been working on this project in AIM meetings throughout the pandemic & this was their first chance to put into action!

On behalf of Clinton Co. Special Olympics, we want to say thank you to Gano Law Offices for their generous donation. Clinton Co. Special Olympics is run entirely through fundraising and donations. We cannot thank them enough for supporting athletes in our community.

It has been a long wait but we are excited to announce we have scheduled our Clinton Co. Special Olympics Track & Field Event for Friday, Sept. 17th, starting at 7:00 PM. We are thrilled to be partnering with @BlanAthletics, who will host the event. Start spreading the word!

Our volleyball season has come to an end. Thank you to all of our friends who played with us! A big thank you to the Wilmington Church of God for playing unified. We had two teams represented and one of them were league champions! Not everyone that participated is pictured.

Thank you to all who participated in the Dance Lessons with Katie Wright last week! A big thank you to Katie for recruiting some of her dancing friends and coordinating the entire week. the CCBDD is very grateful to have such incredible community partners.

We are excited to be collaborating with the CCYC - Clinton County Youth Council for our Back to School Bash. This is open to anyone going into grades 6-12.

The fun is only just beginning! #CongaLine Dance lessons continues tonight at 7:00. Tonight’s theme is LATIN NIGHT!
