Here are some variations of the pro cone series that I shared this week: 1st clip - players weave the cones with a single hand 2nd clip - players use a crossover between the cones and finish with a pull up jumper I place an emphasis on peripheral vision and change of pace!!

Time people start respecting UMPI as a legitimate basketball school in Maine. To finish above Husson, St Joe’s and Bowdoin in the coach’s poll is a huge accomplishment. Stop writing off UMPI because it’s Presque Isle.

Here we work on three “Small Area Passes” by alternating between each pass. You can do these in which ever order that you choose. The players begins by doing a DISH, then follows it with a DROP, and finishes the sequence with a PUSH before beginning it again. #basketball

In this 2 Player 3 Ball Moving Ball Handling drill it shows the progression handling the in a stationary position before passing the #basketball to your teammate and switching spots. Our goal here is to be under control when we are on the move
