Well my next chapter has started and I am excited to say I have accepted the Def Coord job at Hahnville HS. Thanks to Coach Boyne for the opportunity to work at a once prestigious program. The best part about this is I get to continue coaching with my oldest son Lain by my side!

I’ve learned a lot from @ConorHughes67 over the years. The 200 Rule still gets used all the time. We allow to go over the % on the sheet, but if you fail you have 200 pushups. Best way to ⬆️ Bench is to not fail for a year+ You don’t feel pressure if you are the pressure.
