Great teams have Positive Discontent. Even when they’re having success they still identify what they can do better and continuously improve. When they’re not succeeding their discontent motivates them to improve. They stay positive and believe the best is yet to come.

Committed cutters "finish their cut," even if they don't receive a pass. This moving discipline drags the help D, creating valued floor space. Selfless movers generate team baskets, w/ activity, smartness and deception.

The best teams build each other up by actually building “each other” up; not tearing them down so “they themselves” can look good. So much about great teams is how they help others! And the magic is that it often comes back to help the individual as well!
