@matt_flournoy @HotSeatCFB They’ve played pretty bad against Ole Miss the last several meetings, plus Ole Miss was the best SEC team last year and they’re only gaining this year.

My WAY too early predictions for the 2026 Louisiana State Tigers! What are your thoughts?

I think OU will be really good this year, especially with their QB returning. Last year when Mateer was injuried they struggled and in the last few games you could tell he wasn’t 100%. Louisville is definitely gonna be tricky especially as a neutral game but I think Ole Miss will escape a close game. I’m really interested in how Missou and Vandy will do this year with new QBs.

@ConnManATL Can’t really complain about that prediction but Ole Miss does well against OU. Even in Norman. Games that I find trickier are the unexpected ones like Louisville because first game slump and rust. Mizzou and Vandy are not easy as well even though we have a great home record.

@RepublicanConor @HotSeatCFB Very possible! I think Duke is going to be really good this year while Virginia Tech I think will be mid under Franklins first year. Louisville gonna be a dangerous team too.

@bamafergjp @TheRealCruzOx I'm not saying he's Nick Saban, and yeah we may never see that kind of dominance ever again. My point is that there are clear culture signs in the locker room. Could they have fixed those? Maybe. Could I be entirely wrong and Bama go 16-0 and win the Natty? Sure.

Something I’m learning from my “WAY too early prediction” posts is that literally every fan base in the SEC is reasonable and respectful and then you have Alabama fans who can’t take an opinion without being butthurt 💀

@RBuckeyeOSUFan @HotSeatCFB Indiana, Oregon, and Texas are hard games to predict, I can see y'all going both 3-0 and 1-2 through those!

@ConnManATL @HotSeatCFB Definitely an entirely possible sequence of events. To me though, I think a loss to Indiana on the road is more likely than losing to Oregon in the Shoe. I'm 50/50 on the Texas game.
