The clerk refused, stating she didn’t have quarters unless he purchased a 50-cent sucker. When the customer threatened to put the interaction on Facebook, the situation completely blew up: The Confrontation: The clerk lunges at the plastic barrier, knocking things over and shouting expletives. The Chase: She leaves the safety of the counter, follows the customer outside, and records him back while yelling. The Escape: The customer retreats to his car as she continues to pursue him across the parking lot. Customer service or total meltdown? What would you do in this situation?
