Scientists confirm a vast mostly submerged landmass called Zealandia exists beneath the Pacific Ocean, with New Zealand and New Caledonia forming its only visible parts
Zealandia is a large, mostly submerged region of continental crust in the southwest Pacific Ocean. It includes New Zealand and New Caledonia, with about 95% of it underwater.
Geologists believe it may qualify as a continent because it has:
- Continental crust (not oceanic crust like the seafloor)
- Clear boundaries and distinct geology
- A history of breaking away from the supercontinent Gondwana around 80–85 million years ago
Scientists formally described it as a unified structure in 2017.
However, there is no official global body that defines continents.
In short, Zealandia is a real submerged continental mass. Many geologists refer to it as a continent, but it is not officially recognized everywhere as the eighth continent.

There is no scientific evidence that consciousness can "jump through time" or that gut feelings are memories from the future.
What is actually known in neuroscience and physics is that gut feelings are usually quick, unconscious predictions made by the brain. Our brain constantly processes past experiences, recognizes patterns, and picks up on subtle environmental cues. It then creates a feeling of certainty or warning before we can explain it consciously. This is often referred to as intuition, and it is tied to memory and prediction, not future information.
So:
- Gut feelings come from brain prediction using past data
- They are not memories from the future
- There is no evidence consciousness travels through time

Engineering also values the role of a mother so much that several components were named with the word "mother."
Motherboard: The primary circuit board in a computer.
Mother wavelet: In signal processing, the original wave shape used to generate smaller or shifted wavelets.
Mother liquor: In chemical engineering and crystallization, the liquid remaining after crystals form.
Mother machine: In manufacturing, a large precision machine used to produce or calibrate other machines.
Mother mold: In industrial design and casting, the rigid outer shell supporting a softer inner mold.
Mother ship: In aerospace, naval, and robotics engineering, a larger carrier vehicle supporting smaller craft.
Mother roll: In paper, film, or textile manufacturing, the large original roll later cut into smaller rolls.
Mother bar: In metallurgy or electroplating, the main conductive bar holding electrodes.
Mother conduit: A principal channel or pipe feeding smaller distribution lines.

@justranky It worked because of the first 3 letters in the word, it doesn’t matter if it appears in a word or sentence. Like this to confirm the keyword trigger: mumhfg
