This is an interesting point of view, and the commission is very high I do agree with you, however if you do the math on a $10,000 investment into a stable coin like USDC bought and held at Coinbase for 1 year, even after their 35% commission which would most likely be lower if you have $10,000 you would be a lower fee structure, you would still be net positive over $200 more for the year than if your money was in the bank making less than .25% APY. So I would rather pay Coinbase a nice fee because they are making me a lot more money than the bank is. Plus if it passes where other companies can pay yield there will be competition. Someone else may only charge 5% who knows, but the way it is written now, it is the same old game we have now. The banks win, we lose.

I have a lot of confidence in this project. I have more than that staked for 2 years currently and the 120% plus yield I am getting is amazing.
