Once again your stomach should be the size of your fist. It's not hard to maintain 1100 calories if you eat real food. Eat for sustenance not gluttony. Also literally doing anything active counts as exercise. Knead some bread. Vacuum your floors, get a broom and genuinely sweep. Throw away all your robot electronics and do shit yourself. At 1100 calories and real activity, You'll be skinny in no time.

Losing weight for middle aged women doesn't work like that. They have very few calories unless they also do tons of exercise. Everyone wants to make up a story that it's about the donut. No, it's about maintenance being 1100 cals/day without exercise boosts. Stop gaslighting

@corts__world @LeahDiscovers I lost 30lbs of my football weight by going vegan in 2015 and now I can’t reach my playing weight if I tried lol but yes eating real food works for sure! ✊🏾✨

@LeahDiscovers This one.. I lost 100lb and not once did I go to a gym or diet. I simply started eating when I was actually hungry, listened to what my body was craving, and didn’t get upset when I’d have to go up and down my stairs for something on 1st/2nd floor. I ate the way God intended lol
