I’ve been on a journey to learn the latest trend on X Monetization.
Yes! I am talking about making money for being active on X! It is real!
Over the last month, I have listen to a ton of hours on spaces and have gained useful information listening and want to share few tips.
I came across a space back in the middle of August and decided to join and boy, I am glad I did!
He is a few few basic tips that I have learned. 👀👇
There are three basic requirements in order to be eligible to monetize.
Step #1 You need to have a blue check (premium account) Without it, doesn’t really matter if meet the other requirements!
One of the things that I learned about premium account is that is cost more to purchase it through your phone ($115) rather than your desktop ($84). Reason for the premium is to cover app fees. So if you want to save several dollars, sign up through your desktop! Remember that once you purchase through to the phone, it will be renew automatically until you cancel. It also becomes a bit of a hassle if you decide to change to desktop so your payments are cheaper, once you are on the phone. Something to do with your premium account already established with your phone and you might need to let it expire which your blue check mark would go away and have to wait several days to be verified.
Step #2 You need to garner a minimum 5Million impressions in a rolling three month period! I know what you are saying……sounds unachievable 🤣 I assure you that it is not.
I have managed to gained over 730k impressions without really being super active. I am in lear ing mode 🤓 One particular tweet regarding jelly fish got me over 420k impressions! A friend of mine went for it and gained 7.5m impression and was monetized within a month!
Step #3 You need to have a minimum 500 followers! If you are brand new and seemed overwhelmed…….,Don’t be! Be a reply guy and be authentic and the rest take care of itself!
Here are a few tips that have been shared by monetized accounts.
1) You have to be a reply guy if you are want to grow your followers.
2) Follow accounts in your niche that are active and turn notifications on! So you can reply!
3) Quality over quantity! The more thoughtful you are with your responses, the more engagement you will get which will lead to followers! A quick emoji reply might get you a few impressions if you are one of the first but with time, it will be buried in the algorithm.
4) You need to be a premium account if not all your replies will get buried because the algo gives priority to paid accounts.
5) If you subscribe to a particular account and have the premium account you get more of a boost to the top on this accounts!
