MEMO 010: Any LP on Takeover can now create a grid of 100 tiles that provide perpetual secondary markets for the LP's yield. More below...

Snipers are now blocked from claiming forfeited tiles on new grids (sometimes valued at hundreds of dollars). Instead, holders with the longest duration (most tax paid to the creator) gain access through a priority queue. Defending a position has new benefits.

UPDATE: Universal Grid Manager is scheduled to launch on April 2nd 10:00AM EST - roughly 11 hours after Artemis II 🚀🌕 No more tweeting until shipped.
