@ryaneparrish And because of self-imposed ignorance into how things work, often unity is only found these days around destruction. It’s easy to tear something down you don’t understand together versus create something together that everyone can share in.

@ryaneparrish I don’t believe they did. Part of the collective dread is people not understanding constructs or how it works. Much seems like sci-fi novels now where the modern people have forgotten how the old foundations worked to make civilizations function.

What's weird about modernity is we (and our ancestors) built the system and live within its confines. I'm not saying hunter gatherers had it easy, but do you think they experienced the collective dread that seems to pervade this era?
