I feel like I keep up with this stuff pretty well, but right now in my database I only have two 2026→2027 #d3fb conference changes. Concordia (Wis.): NACC→CCIW St. Anselm: DII→NEWMAC Am I missing any others that have been announced?

@d3hoopsville In 2015 when St. Anselm tried to move to D-III, it did not have a conference affiliation lined up. Nowadays, that is a pre-requisite before a school can apply to D-III, and the NEWMAC makes perfect sense.

If at first you don’t succeed … try, try again? Saint Anselm once again announces they are planning to shift to #NCAAD3 and join the NEWMAC: A few years ago St. A announced this same move, but the NEWMAC rebuffed they had been accepted to the conference: d3sports.com/notables/2015/… The move to DIII then fell apart from there. The exploratory stage is setup, but this won’t be considered or approved by DIII membership committee until next February (applications are due in January).
