When we carve out time for our children, to be with them exclusively, it's the equivalent of a big, long hug. It makes them feel safe. And I cannot stress enough how much it helps us as parents too. @thriveapproach

Make your own worry dolls out of branches, use wool & other materials to make your dolls come alive! Pop them into a jar & pick a doll to tell them any worries or anxiety that you may have, it will then be transferred to the doll😄⁦@ThriveApproach⁩ ⁦@DeightonPrimary⁩
