@Haiku_Fox Just in generally pleasant behavior is seen as normal and expected so its very rarely rewarded with being boosted and broadcasted. Just look at it from a "sales" point of view; sex, fear, violence and drama bring clicks and attention. Any media is better than no media, even bad.

@Haiku_Fox The latter tend to be more loud, outgoing and visible than the prior. The "younger" generation tend to gravitate towards the loud and outgoing which gives a spotlight to them. Very rarely do you see news about someone doing something good in the fandom because they dont brag. 1/2

I think theres plenty of genuinely good people in the Fandom to give a platform to that deserve it. Yet people prefer the toxic, problematic people to be our "celebrities" >w>" Sometimes I do miss the cringe youtube furry era of 2016 ngl
