@Burning_blazee @SQuirrel147 I haven’t been keeping up much with Arc World Tour, but it looks like Uni Top 8 is happening right now when checking the official YouTube stream, so Strive top 8 I think would end roughly 8 hours from now going by this schedule.

I'm actually so nervous for the Strive 2.0 trailer tonight. Not because I don't have faith it will be good but we've gone so long not knowing anything that now all of our speculation will be put to the test lol

How much the audio and visuals tell the experience is of course different from game to game though alongside who you watch. A long play of a visual novel is a much fuller experience of a game than watching stream highlights of an action game for example

I don’t think comparing it being a fan of a book you haven’t read is apt. Reading is pretty much integral to getting much out of a book at all, whereas you can literally see and hear every part of a video game without touching a controller at all.

I feel like there’s a significant amount of nuance to this topic (partially including what OP is saying) that a lot of people are ignoring in favor of dunking on someone. Yes, there’s a unique experience to playing a video game, but video games are more than something to play.

@Lapriz_ At least whenever I get upset fighting him nowadays, I can look back at old footage and realize he really isn’t that bad to deal with currently.

@Lapriz_ I’m not sure many truly grasped how fucked up he was. I remember when people started realizing he was broken, a lot of people (Redditors mainly) acted as if it was just the zoning that made him unfair. His blockstrings, combos and general neutral though have always been crazy.

It's so funny that the people dealing with Happy Chaos now don't even know he's at like half his peak.
