Men are more sexually careful than women. Since I became an adult and started having sex, it has been my responsibility to always use protection (condom). It is so bad that some men don’t even know female condoms exist. Why are women sexually careless?

Tbf most young men nowadays aren’t necessarily afraid the fear of rejection but of public humiliation - when you ask out a girl who doesn’t like you, not only will she reject you impolitely, but she’ll post you on her social media and share what you said/did with her friends. Idk about you guys but if I was single and dating, I would only ask out women I knew for a fact wouldn’t do that, like if we were friends first. The prior story has not only happened to me, but half the guys I knew in high school.

the sentiment behind "why would he buy the cow when he can get the milk for free?" is very clearly wrong at an individual level—the reason many guys won't marry the girls they're casually having sex with is because their bar for marriage is much higher than their bar for casual sex. if a guy sees a girl as marriage material, having sex with her won't change this. but it does make sense at a societal level, which is maybe what people were historically trying to enforce. if *no* women will engage in casual/premarital sex, men are forced to date seriously and find someone to commit to if they want to have sex.
