Now we have a second case in a week in which a young person is shot while approaching a person’s house. No discussion with or threats from the young people. No calls to police for help prior to “defending themselves” with gunfire. This isn’t about mental illness #EndGunViolence

@mollym_davis For the record, this is completely on brand for this church. I worked at Hillsboro for years and Woodmont truly ALWAYS showed up. The fact that they jumped in is moving, no doubt, but not surprising.

As news broke of the mass shooting at Covenant School in Nashville, the aftermath became frantic. One church sprung into action.
