@DineroMcLovin Poor Bill, he was one of Thor's biggest characters in the grand days. Now Marvel barely let him be anything. Heck, the MCU stole his weapon to give it to Thor as his big "upgrade"!!
Least this light "retcon" has given him Stormbreaker back. It was LONG overdue.

@thinkerjackpot The Sony movies really have done so much damage.
Venom can't be hated and called out for all the truly evil stuff they did cause they're just "so heroic now" and make Marvel lots of movie money, so MJ's legit grief gets played down so much. It's sick.

There's nothing wrong with MJ hating Eddie, let's be honest, she barely has any reason to even empathize with him. I just wanted to see more of this conflict than just one page!

@zrz334 A case where turning Venom in a more heroic character has the unfortunate side affect of either downplaying or outright ignoring the era where they were a true monster and actually did harm to MJ.
But they got three movies. So they're "cool now" and she should "get over it". 🙄

I genuinely don’t see the issue with MJ hating on Eddie, he literally traumatized her and that trauma has lived with her ever since then but I don’t expect these “fans” to know that.

Seeing a lot Eddie fans complaining abt MJ makes me wonder, where is she wrong? Venom/Eddie traumatized her, MJ doesn't know him "redemption version," one of the people she loves most is in danger, what do you want her to do? Be nice to this man? Oh please. She should kill him.

@KatiKnitt Now THIS is what media should have happen when a character is dealing with trauma, rush into the arms of the person they trust most of all seeking comfort. Especially if it's the love interest.
