@Blobster81 @DecodingFoxNews @atrupar This is what they don’t put into their talking points. States would be required to submit their voter rolls to the Department of Homeland Security, to be cross-referenced with citizenship data and purged of those deemed ineligible to vote.

@Alandriel1972 @cobiesson It also takes a while to process. It’s easier to renew it but a brand new one takes time. It also takes longer if you’ve lost a passport.

When I got my Real ID in NY State my birth certificate from MO was rejected because the clerk told me they used the wrong stamp. I’d had it for years and it was accepted before that. Luckily I had enough documentation to get the ID but it was a close call.

@ShaneReniker3 States are supposed to be in charge of voting not the federal government. So this is just reinforcing that argument. Cheers.
