The Ghost Stories dub is like ground zero for all the modern problems with localization. It was made by a failed screenwriter who didn't like anime. Their justification for the dub was "It didn't do well Japan so they said we could do anything to make it sell" which is untrue.

A lot of anime shows dubbed into English are often very "woke". However, the official English dub of "Ghost Stories" is completely crazy lol. The original show in Japanese is nothing like this.

DA was the last sanctuary for autistic artists who draw the same thing over and over in Ms paint. If DA goes, where will they migrate to? Twitter? It would be like releasing an endangered species onto hunting grounds.
