In 3 years, "AI-native" won't be a differentiator. It'll be the baseline. The question isn't whether to adopt this workflow. It's whether you build the taste and judgment to make it work before your competitors do.

The teams winning with AI-native dev share one trait: They killed the ego around "writing the code yourself." Ownership = understanding + accountability. Not how many lines you typed. That culture shift is harder than the tooling shift.

For founders: AI-native dev means a 2-person team can move like a 10-person team. But only if one of those 2 knows when to trust the output — and when to rip it out. Velocity is dangerous without judgment. Hire for judgment first.
