Great article from @hanabel - I'm pretty sure you can take out the word "nonprofit" and it is all still 100% accurate: devcollaborative.com/blog/5-biggest… Personally, I find #2 the most difficult to estimate.

I enjoyed reading @Dev_Collab's article on the "Maxlength" Drupal module: devcollaborative.com/blog/maxlength… What I love most about it: they really care about the details and getting it right. If they approach all their projects with such care, it's the kind of agency I'd want to work with.
