@Devanthoward @duffthebrand Yes that is true but the impact of Who Run the World (Girls) was strong than ET. Not saying it wasn’t a great pop song but the impact wasn’t as big.

Every time i see “HOA” it never seems to end well. Are there any positive benefits of a HOA?

The HOA said they had an assessment fee of $20,000 per house! They offered to let them pay it off in 10 years! They refused topay it Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on! Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company! If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes it’s about a $20,000 per Home fee!
