@wings_fan79 Hi there, we are sorry to see this has occurred. Unfortunately bread is a product that is effected by many variables such as: storage temperature, sunlight exposure, refrigeration. We always suggest that the bread be brought back for refund

@CalicoSammy Hi there, that number represents the Julian date. It was baked on the 327th day of the year which is Nov 23rd. They are good for at least 6 months once baked.
