@Rebels_Reaper Jed nods she could hear the droids feet clanking on the floor as she gets to her feet taking a breath as she unclipped her saber still keeping her eyes closed as she ignited the blade “Now droid” she smirked she wanted to rely on her instincts this time to beat the droid

@DisplacedJed Kemari watched as Jed closed her eyes again, steadying her breathing. At the same time, another training droid entered the room. "It's good to clear your mind. Take as long as you need to do so." She instructed. "Another droid showed up, so it'll be ready when you are."

"Good morning to you too."

@Rebels_Reaper Jed looked around the empty room as she returned to closing her eyes to steady her breathing “Clearing my mind” she says softly “Then I’ll be ready to go again” she smiled taking a deep breath

@DisplacedJed Like Jed, Kemari couldn't really remember either. It was a very confusing, very chaotic time. It was easy to forget such details. "I can't either, unfortunately. The important thing is we did meet. We know each other now." She softly smiled. "It sure does. You're not wrong."

@Rebels_Reaper Jed chuckled trying to think if she’d seen master Thenic around the temple at all before the purge before the chaos “I can’t remember” she scratched her head thinking more intently now “Fate works in mysterious ways”

@DisplacedJed She nods as well, letting out a soft sigh. "I did work with the younglings for awhile, so it could be that I worked with you for a bit, but we can't remember." Her memory of that time was a bit fuzzy, mostly because of the war and everything that happened during that period.

@Rebels_Reaper Jed nods her head “That much is true maybe we’d meet in passing and nothing more” she spoke in a soft relaxed tone being relaxed helped a lot with her technique and connection to the force

@DisplacedJed Kemari soon sits down next to her, both to rest as well as keep herself eye level with her. "We probably would have, though we wouldn't have the relationship we have now. I wouldn't be your master." She glances down at the floor in deep thought. "It's hard to say for sure."

@Rebels_Reaper Jed sits on the floor of the training facility it was a large open room perfect for a meditation room to clear her thoughts and mind “I hope I do” she smiled rubbing her hands together “Master? Do you think we would of crossed paths if Order 66 hadn’t of happened”

@DisplacedJed Kemari nodded once more, giving her another smile. "You'll be better and do better. You'll be taught to embrace the emotions you feel, rather than try to rid yourself of them." She glanced at the droid briefly, then looked back at her. "And I'm glad I met you too."

@Rebels_Reaper Jed nodded taking a deep breath understanding what master Thenic was saying “I want to do the same Master I want to be better than what the order wanted from its students” I’m glad I met you or else I might of ended up sticking with the orders rules” she chuckled

@DisplacedJed "You're most welcome, my Padawan." She gave her a reassuring nod in return, followed by a smile. "That they did, which is part of why I don't consider myself a Jedi anymore. I've tried to distance myself from the order and their ways as much as possible." She then shrugged.

@Rebels_Reaper “Thank you master” she nodded softly feeling better that Thenic felt she had done well “They wanted to control create someone who is emotionless but serve only them” she smiled happily taking a deep breath

@DisplacedJed Kemari softly nods while delivering a few more shoulder pats. "It is natural to feel annoyance and anger. It's also natural to feel sadness and joy. That is where the order messed up. They tried to strip us of what's natural." She then glances at her. "You did well too."

@Rebels_Reaper Jed nods her head softly,calmly extinguishing her blade clipping it back on her belt “I won’t master I won’t let myself get annoyed again” she takes a deep breath looking at the Droid “It did well”

@DisplacedJed Kemari was surprised to see Jed take the droid out, though she could understand her annoyance. After a moment or two, she stepped towards her and patted her shoulder. "You will get better, I promise. You have plenty of time to improve, so don't beat yourself up over it."

@Rebels_Reaper Jed took a breath closing her eyes for a brief moment as she lunged forward to take the droid out in a swift motion of yellow light from her lightsaber “I will get better master” she shook her head slightly annoyed at herself for taking the hit

@DisplacedJed The droid waited for Jed to recover from being hit, then it started firing at her again. "You're doing okay, Jed. Keep trying." Kemari responded in an encouraging tone. "You'll get the hang of it. I know that you will." She wasn't going to give up on her, that was for sure.

@Rebels_Reaper Jed began to block the shots but in an instant she took a blow “Grr” she shook her head not letting it faze her too much as she recomposed herself “Just a slip of the mind” she mutters getting into the defensive stance once more “You got lucky droid” she chuckled

@DisplacedJed Having seen her nod, Kemari steps back a bit, giving the droid the signal to begin. "Do your best to block the shots as they come at you." She instructed. The droid then started to fire at her. As it did, Kemari watched to see if Jed would succeed in blocking the attacks.

@Rebels_Reaper Jed nods looking between the droid and Thenic “I am master” she narrows her eyes at the droid She had been in the Jedi Order from the age of five so 9 years of training up to the point of the purge taking place

@DisplacedJed Kemari watched her as she got into her stance, taking note of her form to see if she could spot any flaws in it. She wasn't sure how far into training Jed had gotten before the purge took place. "You're welcome, my Padawan. I take it you're ready for the droid?" She asked.

@Rebels_Reaper Jed smirked getting into a stance similar to that Obi Wan used instead it was her right hand outstretched and her left hand over her head with the lightsaber pointed at the first droid “Thank you master” she nods holding her stance

@DisplacedJed Kemari smiled at the sight of Jed twirling and activating her lightsaber. "Not only will you be safe, you'll also thrive. I will never give up on you, so I'll see to it that you reach your full potential." She then signaled for the training droids to come on over to them.

@Rebels_Reaper Jed felt warm inside hearing her as she nodded and twirled her lightsaber hilt “I can imagine it master” she smiled happily she ignited her lightsaber the yellow hue blade hummed as she twirled it again

@DisplacedJed "I'm pleased to hear you say so." She responds in a cheerful tone. She looks around a bit more, familiarizing herself with the room again after not being in it for so long. "You'll be quite safe with me, I assure you." She glances over at her, softly nodding.
