The immigration health surcharge is punitive and racist. It makes judgements on who can reproduce and who cannot. It is a flat tax with the wealthiest paying the same as the poorest - undermining everything the NHS stands for. Using this to pay public worker salaries is abhorrent

We stand with all striking workers. To pit us against each other is an old tactic & one we must not succumb to. To suggest fair pay for healthcare workers comes out of the pockets of the people without whom the NHS would not exist is despicable, discriminatory & racist.
