If no on any of those three, just find some high level advice for them.

Today I learned that it took me 4 hours (split over 2 days) to review a (smaller) grant. I also have no idea if I did a good job or not. How long does it take for you to review a grant? What things makes a review good/stand out? #AcademicTwitter
